Safe House Sneak Peek: Chapter One

I'm super excited to offer you a sneak peek into Safe House. I know this is longer than a normal blog post, but I'm confident the few extra minutes you take this week will be worth it!

But don't take my word for it. Here's an excerpt from someone who read it early:

I should mention that this is by far, one of the best parenting books I’ve ever read. I’ve had a lot of Christian parenting books come across my desk and probably 3x that amount stacked on my bookshelves at home, but Safe House definitely introduced me to something new and unexpected. My husband and I read through the manuscript. We completed the Safe House Parent Assessment and have started to take an even more intentional look at how we are creating an emotionally safe environment for our children. I’m not ashamed to admit that I cried through many passages of this book and have finally given myself permission to revisit some of the things I experienced as a child and really put the pieces of my story together. I can’t say it enough, but thank you, thank you, thank you. I know there are many parents who will be tremendously blessed by Safe House!
