The Leader’s Way Cohort
The Famous at Home ‘Leader’s Way’ Cohort is our flagship coaching program for organizational leaders. We provide a robust coaching program for top-level leaders in organizations to journey together in small group cohorts. The program provides coaching and accountability to be the kind of leader, both in your home and at work, that others want to emulate.
The Leader’s Way includes Zoom coaching calls with your cohort, private coaching sessions with your spouse, and a weekend retreat with spouses and other leaders in your cohort. We have two different cohorts: 1) one for nonprofit leaders and pastors and 2) one for for-profit executives. Seats in both cohorts are limited. 5 Pillars of Emotional Intelligence Workshop
An emotionally healthy culture is one where people engage in both self-awareness and others-awareness—at the same time. In other words, we have insight into the interplay happening between our inner world (how we feel, what we want, etc.) and how we interact with others in our external world (how our interactions make others feel, what they want, etc.).
In this one day workshop, we meet with your team to define the 5 Pillars of Emotional Intelligence and teach principles that will help you apply emotional safety and EQ across all relationships, both at work and at home. To inquire about bringing the workshop to your team, fill out the form below or set up a discovery call to learn more.
Marriage in a Fishbowl Workshop
When you lead, many watch your marriage. Sometimes, the pressure can cause us to hide from the painful parts of our marriage—pretending things are good, when they’re really not. Oftentimes, the fear of judgment, the chaos of kids, or the pressure of busyness divides our marriage. Yet, leaders lead best when their marriage is strong.
This one day workshop is an honest look at the real pressures leaders face in their marriage and provides five practical ways we can be famous to our spouse. With role plays, laughter, and group discussion, leaders in your organization will strengthen their most important relationship, which in turn, strengthens how they show up at work. Fill out form below or set up a discovery call to learn more.
